Yes, ladies (and gents) our goofy, lovable, and sexy man, Tuc Watkins is returning to OLTL to reprise the role of David Vickers. According to this article on SoapNet, he’s going to be all kinds of messed up:

David, as we know, is really the long lost Buchanan heir. Basically everyone knows. Except him. Well, when David returns, he’s going to 100% find out he is a Buchanan.
